The standard notary rate of $5 cover the following services: Acknowledgments, Jurats, Oaths or Affirmations, and Signature Witnessings. A separate mobile fee is also charged based on travel distance. My services include but are not limited to notarizing Powers of Attorney, Jurat, Health Care Proxy, DMV documents, School documents, Bank documents, Vehicle Titles, Real Estate Documents, General Letters, Etc. For all services rendered, you must present a valid state approved ID upon arrival. Please contact me for travel rates and for more information about my service hours.
